Library Looks for Faster Readers

In order to give a greater number of people an opportunity to read the newest titles at Kent Memorial Library, effective July 1, 2009, new books for adults, young adults and children will circulate for 14 days instead of the standard 21 days that other titles share. Those who do not find as much time to read as they wish, fear not. They can still renew these books as long as no one is on the wait list. To renew, one can call the library at (860) 927-3761 or access one’s account on the library website www.kentmemoriallibrary.org.

The Kent Memorial Library is one of the town’s most important resources. It enriches individuals and the community by providing materials, programs and services to encourage reading, learning and imagination. Please visit the website www.kentmemoriallibrary.org to learn more about programs and other information about the library.
