Vietnam … Works by Paul Arsenault

The Kent Caboose Gallery would like to invite you to:
VIETNAM … The land where the Dragon descends into the Sea… Works by Paul Arsenault
Opening Reception: Saturday, July 4th, 3-5 PM
Exhibit: JULY 4 – 31, 2009
Gallery hours: Friday – Sunday 12-5 PM

ARTIST:
Paul Arsenault is well-known for painting working ports and exotic harbors around the world. In 1995, just after the embargo was lifted and Americans were permitted to travel to Vietnam, Paul was commissioned by an American Vietnam Veteran to travel to Vietnam and Asia, to paint a variety of locations he remembered visiting during the war. This exhibit is a sampling of the 150 paintings completed during his travels.

DEDICATION:
This exhibit is dedicated to help raise money for the future Kent Veteran’s Memorial honoring those men and women who fought in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, from the Town of Kent, CT who served our country heroically by answering the call of duty in time of war
