Well, the press coverage is now out regarding the upcoming town meeting on March 10th to discuss bringing back the Resident State Trooper program. The coverage I am referring to can be read in this week’s Lakeville Journal as well as The Litchfield County Times. While First Selectman Bruce Adams has said that the town is satisfied without one, I believe that the loss of the Resident State Trooper is a step backward for our town.
